Job summary

Moody's seeks an Associate Director, Technical Product Management to lead AI-enabled platform products across multiple workstreams. You will translate strategy into sequenced plans and write engineering-ready specs, collaborating with engineering, design, and data science to shape AI workflows and data provenance.

The role requires 10+ years in product management, strong API sensibilities, and a track record delivering data-intensive solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years in product management with leadership experience in technical/data-heavy/platform products
Experience taking an AI or data-driven product from ambiguity to production
Fluency in writing technical specs, acceptance criteria, and lightweight designs
Strong API sensibility and experience with reusable services and integration surfaces

Responsibilities

Leads multiple AI-enabled workstreams, translating strategy into sequenced, outcome-focused plans
Writes engineering-ready specifications, acceptance criteria, and lightweight designs
Sequences dependencies across parallel tracks and clears blockers for engineering teams
Partners with engineering, design, and data science to shape AI workflows (LLM extraction, validation, data provenance)
Defines how capabilities are surfaced to clients via public APIs, agent interfaces, and applications
Collaborates with platform/data/interface teams to ensure enterprise standards and integration
Engages with clients, leads demonstrations, gathers feedback, and validates product in real-world contexts
Defines tests, rules, and data quality checks to guard scope and coverage
