Self Bill Pro in the United States is seeking a Director of Product Management and IT Operations to lead the strategic direction of our software platform and ensure secure, scalable IT operations. This role blends product leadership with technical oversight and requires experience in benefits tech and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with executives to define the roadmap, manage offshore development, and drive security and compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA) across the organization.

Formación

• Extensive experience in a product management role with a strong software development and project management background.
• Direct experience in the employee benefits or benefits administration technology space is required.
• Proven ability to think creatively about building software solutions that solve real-world problems.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap in line with business objectives.
• Lead product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, coordinating with offshore teams.
• Provide technical oversight on features, enhancements, and operations.
• Ensure security/compliance standards (SOC 2, HIPAA) are met across systems.
• Oversee IT operations and helpdesk, with rapid issue resolution.
