Micron Technology, Inc. invites a Director Product Manager for HBMSan Jose to lead next-generation High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products.

You will drive strategy, roadmap, and requirements for AI, HPC, and cloud infrastructure markets, partnering with hyperscalers and ecosystem players to shape the future memory portfolio. You will guide cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and marketing, delivering on time, with strong executive communication and market insights to influence

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
12+ years in semiconductor product management, system architecture, engineering or related technical leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of DRAM, High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), AI accelerators, and advanced packaging technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and requirements for next-generation HBM solutions targeting AI, HPC, and cloud infrastructure.
Partner with hyperscalers, AI accelerator providers, and ecosystem partners to translate memory needs into product requirements and business plans.
Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, and marketing to deliver products on time and within specs.
Create executive presentations, business cases, roadmap reviews, and strategic recommendations for leadership and customers.
