Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of semiconductor product management or related leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of DRAM, HBM, AI accelerators, and advanced packaging.
• Proven ability to define strategy, influence roadmaps, and build business cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for next-generation HBM solutions.
• Collaborate with customers, hyperscalers, and ecosystem partners to define future memory needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products on schedule and within specs.
• Create executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
