Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in the Cloud Memory Business Unit seeks a Product Manager to drive next-generation high bandwidth memory solutions for AI, ML, and HPC.

You will coordinate across engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure delivery aligns with specifications and timelines. Ideal candidates bring a strong business plus engineering background, with analytical skills and a track record in steering cross-functional teams toward business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical field.
• 12+ years in semiconductor product management or related technical leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of DRAM, High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), AI accelerators, and advanced packaging.
• Ability to define product strategy, influence roadmaps, and build business cases from market insights.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging executives; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and requirements for next-generation HBM solutions for AI/HPC/cloud.
• Partner with customers, hyperscalers, AI providers, and ecosystem partners to translate memory needs into product plans.
• Analyze market trends, workloads, and competitive dynamics to influence direction and investments.
• Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, and marketing to meet timelines and specs.
• Create executive presentations, business cases, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations for leadership and customers.
