Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial, Systems, or Mechanical Engineering; Lean knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in duties listed.
• Lean certification desired; Six Sigma belt preferred.
• PM experience preferred; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes to benchmark performance and identify waste.
• Lead Kaizen events focusing on value stream maps and Poka-Yoke.
• Implement Kanban and standardized work distribution.
• Follow DMAIC methodology in projects.
• Develop process qualification protocols and reports.
