NCS Credit seeks a Director of Business Processes to drive scalability and operational excellence by leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives across service groups. This role defines and maintains the BPM framework, leverages automation and AI to boost capacity, and partners with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, operations, industrial engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in process improvement, business analysis, operational excellence, or operations management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process improvement projects from design through implementation and optimization.
• Manage and develop the Operational Business Analyst team to focus on measurable outcomes.
• Lead standardization, automation, and redesign of processes to improve capacity and efficiency.
• Identify and eliminate waste, bottlenecks, and non-value-added activities.
• Improve end-to-end workflows to support revenue growth and scalable operations.
• Maintain process documentation, controls, and governance.
• Define process ownership and performance expectations across operations.
• Analyze performance, risks, and maturity; prioritize opportunities.
