You will oversee process engineering, robotics and automation projects, mentor senior teams, and partner with operations to raise throughput, quality and cost efficiency at the Monroe, NC facility. Travel occasionally may be required; relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 7 years leading teams in Manufacturing Process Optimization or Continuous Improvement.
