Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field required; MBA a plus; equivalent experience considered.
• 3 to 5+ years in business operations, process improvement, product ownership, business analysis, or management consulting
• Experience partnering with IT or development teams to define and deliver system and process changes
• Financial services or auto finance preferred; originations experience strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Proven ability to map processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop practical solutions
• Able to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; working knowledge of agile and scrum practices
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent methods; continuous improvement mindset
• Comfort with implementing automation and workflow technology solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present recommendations to leadership and influence across functions without direct authority
• Collaborative working style; self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with BI tools a plus
• Experience applying AI tools to improve analytics and operations

Business Process Excellence Manager

Position Overview:

The Manager, Business Process Excellence serves as an internal consultant to business leaders across Arra Finance, identifying and acting on opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, automation, and overall business performance, with a primary focus on originations. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the role carries improvement work end to end: diagnosing the process, acting as the voice of the business with IT and development partners and vendors, and supporting the change through deployment and adoption. The position requires a blend of analytical rigor, operational curiosity, and collaborative communication to drive measurable improvement across the organization.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered; MBA a plus
• 3 to 5+ years in business operations, process improvement, product ownership, business analysis, or management consulting
• Experience partnering with IT or development teams to define and deliver system and process changes
• Financial services or auto finance preferred; originations experience strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Proven ability to map processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop practical solutions
