Job summary

Emerson College seeks a Director of Integration and Process Innovation to lead enterprise data integration, process automation, and AI-enabled solution development. You will drive platform migrations and oversee full solution lifecycles across academic and business units, delivering secure, high‑performing enterprise solutions.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development, security, and governance while guiding cross‑functional teams through Data & Solutions strategies and Workday integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise systems, integration, and data analytics required.
• 1+ years leading a technical team required.
• 2+ years developing AI customer applications or AI architecture (Bots, RAG, Agentic AI, ML) required.
• Workday (HCM, Finance, or Student) expertise required.
• Experience as Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Data Analyst preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise system development planning and execution to support growth and user experience.
• Drive API/AI adoption and campus-wide training and support programs.
• Define platforms and execution priorities (Vertex AI, Snowflake Cortex) and manage migrations.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of core platforms and integrations (Workday, SnapLogic, Oracle, Snowflake).
• Lead architecture of integrations (API web services, Workday Studio, Extend) ensuring reliable data exchange.
• Drive AI-assisted development with vibe coding and Agentic AI while upholding security and reviews.
• Manage platform resiliency, disaster recovery testing, and migrations to newer platforms.
