Qualifications

• Five years of full-time technical printing experience in a large print shop.
• 18 months of supervisory experience over printing press or bindery operations.
• Equivalent combination of education/experience with supervisory requirement.

Responsibilities

• Direct print operators and finishing staff to set production schedules and priorities.
• Review incoming print jobs for accuracy and required specifications.
• Manage inventory of paper, toner, ink, and supplies; ensure contracts are current.
• Coordinate production activities with finishing and shipping units; inspect output quality.
• Prepare reports and performance analyses for the Printing Services unit.
