Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to improve Primary Care performance.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend improvement strategies.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards using EMR data and financial systems.
• Analyze trends affecting access, quality, finance, and operations.
• Partner with clinicians and leadership to optimize scheduling and clinic utilization.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
