Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Director of Enterprise Analytics to lead analytics across Advanced Primary Care and Urgent Care. You will own the business intelligence function, set the analytics strategy, and build enterprise dashboards while managing a team of analysts.

You will partner with IT on data infrastructure, translate analysis into actions for operators and executives, and drive value-based care analytics and performance across contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics across Advanced Primary Care and Urgent Care.
• Experience building enterprise dashboards and ad-hoc analyses for executives.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to scale an analytics team.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy across Advanced Primary Care and Urgent Care to standardize reporting enterprise-wide.
• Develop multi-year roadmap for business intelligence, population health analytics, and decision support.
• Establish intake, prioritization, and service standards for analytic work.
• Present findings to executive leadership and external partners.
• Build business case for analytic investments and manage function to budget.
• Lead analytics supporting population health management and care management programs.
• Oversee reporting across urgent care network, including site-level performance and staffing to demand.
• Collaborate with CIO and data management on data lakehouse roadmap.
