Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Director, Enterprise Analytics to lead analytics across Advanced Primary Care and Urgent Care. Reporting to the President, this role owns the enterprise BI function and shapes data strategy for operations and population health.

You will build dashboards, guide a team of analysts, establish reporting standards, and partner with IT on data infrastructure to translate analysis into decisions that drive value-based care performance.

Qualifications

• Lead analytics strategy across Advanced Primary Care and Urgent Care.
• Own enterprise BI function and dashboards; support value-based contracts.
• Manage a team of analytics professionals; set standards and governance.
• Partner with IT on data infrastructure and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement analytics roadmap across service lines.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for contract performance and population health metrics.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Clinical leadership, and IT.
• Drive data governance and enterprise data dictionary stewardship.
• Mentor and develop senior BI analysts to scale the function.

Advanced SQL (SSMS, Snowflake)
