Job summary
ConvenientMD is seeking a Director of Enterprise Analytics to lead analytics across Advanced Primary Care and Urgent Care. You will own the business intelligence function, set analytics strategy, and drive data-driven decisions for operations and population health.
You will build dashboards, mentor analysts, and partner with Information Technology to optimize data infrastructure and governance. Strong leadership and healthcare analytics experience are essential.
Qualifications
- Advanced SQL required with experience on large healthcare data sets.
- Experience with EMR data and reporting.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI and Tableau) for executive-ready dashboards.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and data lakehouse architectures.
- Understanding of dimensional modeling and semantic layers.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics strategy across Advanced Primary Care and Urgent Care.
- Build enterprise dashboards and standard reporting across services.
- Develop roadmaps for BI, population health analytics, and decision support.
- Own data governance, data dictionary, and quality standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior BI analysts.
- Collaborate with CIO and Finance on data integration and reporting.
