Job summary

Levy Sector is seeking a Director of Banquets to lead the Premium department and deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving satisfaction and financial results. The ideal candidate has senior operations leadership experience in high-end hospitality and a proven track record of quality standards.

You will work with location leadership to train teams, orchestrate events, and maintain Levy's Core Signature standards across premium spaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a food & beverage operations role.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management is preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of premium operations.
• Recruitment and training of team members to Levy standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction and financial results with location leadership.
• Oversee season planning and event preparation for premium spaces.
• Develop menus in partnership with the culinary team for premium areas.
• Manage suites operations and suite holder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Payment Card Industry rules and safe alcohol service.
