Rise Technical is seeking a Preconstruction leader to assume a Director-level role in a rapidly growing residential construction business. You will own the Cost Engineering and Estimating department, guiding processes, systems, and cost strategy to drive commercial performance and cost certainty.

You will collaborate with senior leaders across functions and have the opportunity to grow a team, influence strategic decisions, and participate in equity options as part of a competitive package.

Qualificações

• Strong estimating or cost engineering experience within residential construction.
• Proven experience leading a team, function or significant estimating workload.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, procurement, tendering and preconstruction.
• Commercially minded with the confidence to work closely with senior leadership.
• Ambitious and ready to step into a Director-level position with ownership and responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and take ownership of the Cost Engineering and Estimating department.
• Manage, develop and grow the estimating team as the business scales.
• Develop estimating processes, systems, standards and overall cost strategy.
• Lead detailed estimates, budgets, cost plans and value engineering initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
