Qualifications

• 10+ years in preconstruction, estimating, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading large-scale preconstruction in mechanical, industrial, or data-center environments.
• Proven success leading teams and driving performance.
• Strong budgeting, conceptual design, value engineering, and constructability knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors throughout design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, estimating, design development, and project pursuits.
• Develop winning project strategies with stakeholders.
• Oversee estimation across conceptual to construction documents.
• Track scope, budget, trends, and design changes in preconstruction.
• Lead contract reviews, value engineering, and risk assessments.
• Support Design-Build and Design-Assist projects with partners.
• Ensure proposals reflect project requirements and execution plans.
• Support business development and customer relationships.
