Rise Technical is seeking a Preconstruction leader to assume a Director-level role in a rapidly growing residential construction business. You will own the Cost Engineering and Estimating department, guiding processes, systems, and cost strategy to drive commercial performance and cost certainty.

You will collaborate with senior leaders across functions and have the opportunity to grow a team, influence strategic decisions, and participate in equity options as part of a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Strong estimating or cost engineering experience within residential construction.
• Proven experience leading a team, function or significant estimating workload.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, procurement, tendering and preconstruction.
• Commercially minded with the confidence to work closely with senior leadership.
• Ambitious and ready to step into a Director-level position with ownership and responsibility.

Are you an ambitious Preconstruction leader looking to step up into a Director-level role and take ownership of a critical function within a rapidly growing construction business?

This is a rare opportunity to lead and develop the Precon department, focusing on costs & estimates within an innovative residential construction company, taking responsibility for the team, processes, systems and overall cost strategy.

You will work closely with senior leadership across Construction, Design, Engineering, Procurement and Operations, helping improve cost certainty, drive commercial performance and build the infrastructure required to support continued growth.
