Job summary

Ardith Rademacher & Associates seeks a Director of Preconstruction to lead complex commercial projects and shape the firm’s growth. This role partners with executive leadership to mentor the preconstruction team, drive strategic pursuits, and influence project decisions at the highest level.

The successful candidate will bring strong estimating leadership, a track record with large-scale healthcare, life sciences, and science & technology projects, and a collaborative, hands-on leadership style

We're working with a highly respected commercial builder on a confidential search for a Director of Preconstruction.

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing operation at a pivotal time. Over the past several years, the business has experienced significant growth and is now managing more than $225M in annual volume, with continued expansion planned across healthcare, life sciences, science & technology, mission critical, and other complex commercial markets.

The person hired will be viewed as a key member of the leadership team and a strategic partner to executive leadership. This is not a role where you'll simply maintain an existing platform. You'll have the opportunity to influence growth, mentor and develop preconstruction staff, lead major pursuits, and help shape the future direction of the business.
