Kensington Consulting Ltd is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead operations and scale capacity for ultra-precision small metal parts supporting medical technology. You will drive safety, quality, throughput, and cost while partnering with R&D and Engineering to develop, qualify, and sustain high-precision batch processes.

As a senior operations leader, you will build a robust, scalable manufacturing organization capable of supporting fast growth and complex multi-step processes.

Formación

• 8–10 years of progressively broader manufacturing leadership in medical devices or related fields.
• Strong technical foundation in high-precision, multi-step batch processes.
• Proven success with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Track record of leading teams, scaling operations, and delivering KPI performance.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence cross-functional partners.

Responsabilidades

• Own manufacturing KPIs and deliver safety, quality, throughput, and cost targets.
• Build scalable capacity plans to meet fast-growth demand.
• Develop, validate, and sustain high-precision batch processes.
• Lead technicians and collaborate with R&D/Engineering and commercial teams.
• Oversee supply chain, facilities, and related manufacturing support.
