Job summary

Secant Group in Pennsylvania seeks a Director, Operations to lead all manufacturing-related functions for the MedTech business unit. You will translate corporate strategy into actionable operating plans, drive performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across facilities in Perkasie and Quakertown.

The role focuses on productivity, yields, quality and delivery metrics, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, safety, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ten years of experience in manufacturing with leadership roles.
• Experience coaching and mentoring staff in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Directs Medical Component and Textiles manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
• Lead site Manufacturing Engineering to expand capabilities and implement new processes.
• Oversee capital projects and manage cross-functional programs.
• Drive Daily Management System and Tier Management for SQDCP performance.
• Ensure QMS compliance with ISO 13485, GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Materials Management and Procurement for cost-effective sourcing.
• Develop annual operating budgets and manage operating expenses.
