Qualifications

• Proven analytical, problem solving, and process improvement ability.
• Proven Leadership – strong product development and manufacturing process excellence management experience.
• Solid Collaboration skills across disciplines.
• Strategic thinker with capability to plan future product developments and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to apply lean manufacturing, TOC, and problem-solving in a metric-driven environment.
• Design for Manufacturing and use of simulation in design.

Responsibilities

• Champion of safety and compliance throughout organization.
• Drive plant KPIs including quality, cost, delivery, and NPI.
• Direct design and manufacturing optimization of products and processes.
• Manage projects from inception to completion with timely execution.
• Lead teams to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and direction in production and process improvements.
• Develop and manage design changes and upgrades.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and budget planning.
