Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams to ensure innovative, high-quality, manufacturable solutions.
Lead bi-weekly CI and Engineering calls to review priorities, project status, and improvement opportunities across facilities.
Oversee development, testing, implementation, and completion of engineering projects aligned with objectives, quality standards, and capabilities.
Provide project management leadership for key initiatives, including timelines, milestones, risks, resources, and on-time completion.
Align Engineering with shop floor through regular communication with Operations, Quality, and production teams; prioritize manufacturability, throughput, and safety.
