Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Draper, UT is seeking a Director of Metals Manufacturing to oversee multiple production lines and micromachining operations. You will lead supervisors and manufacturing leaders to achieve targets while fostering safety and quality.

You will collaborate with Global Operations & Quality and cross-functional teams to optimize capacity, plan production, manage risk, and implement advanced metals processing with precision machining in a regulated medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• 10+ years of operations management experience
• MBA and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• Experience in the medical device industry and metals processing beneficial
• Strong leadership, planning, and regulatory compliance knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple production lines and micromachining operations.
• Direct a team of supervisors, trainers and manufacturing leaders to hit production targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and a safety- and quality-focused culture.
