Job summary

DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. seeks a Director of Practice Development to expand our tax practice market share. You will manage a portfolio of client and prospect accounts, drive revenue growth, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

You will lead strategic development initiatives, collaborate with service lines and leadership, and coach team members while delivering tailored solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, accounting, or related field.
• 4-5 years of professional business development experience with leadership.
• Strong client relationship management and revenue growth track record.
• CRM knowledge and pipeline management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.
• Manage a large portfolio of client and prospect accounts as the relationship lead.
• Pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
• Collaborate with service lines, marketing, and leadership to align strategies.
• Coach and develop the Practice Development team with guidance.
