Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff and programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates programs for public services.
• Monitors fiscal and program compliance with contracts and standards.
• Collaborates with funding agencies to develop outcomes and quality improvements.
• Prepares grant program budgets and reports for funding sources.
• Supervises Community Health Workers and provides training and support.
• Ensures compliance with CHC policies and regulatory requirements.
