Job summary

Dentsu Creative US is seeking a senior leader in Project Management to design and implement scaled workflows across client, agency and company teams using Adobe Workfront as the core platform.

The Director, Project Management will own delivery quality, governance, adoption and continuous improvement, coordinating across Adobe tools like AEM, Express, Fusion, Frame.io, SharePoint, and related systems; this is a 6-month temporary W2 role in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8–10 years of project management, delivery, or operational transformation experience, including 1–3 years in a leadership role within an integrated agency.
• Proven experience leading complex integrated engagements and technology implementations from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership with senior and C-level stakeholders and the ability to drive decisions.
• Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Workfront and related Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated client engagements and Workfront implementation roadmaps from discovery to optimization.
• Design scalable workflows across intake, planning, resourcing, production, and delivery.
• Govern templates, roles, approvals, dashboards, and change requests for consistent ways of working.
• Coordinate integration points across Workfront, AEM, Express, Fusion, Frame.io, and SharePoint.
• Manage RAID, testing, launch readiness, training, onboarding, and adoption measurement.
