Job summary

Dentsu Creative US is seeking a Director of Project Management to design and implement integrated workflows using Adobe Workfront across client and agency teams. This temporary 6-month role focuses on governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of delivery practices.

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience, strong leadership, and hands-on proficiency with the Adobe suite, including Workfront, AEM, and Frame.io. Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8-10 years of project management, delivery, or operational transformation experience.
• Proven experience leading complex integrated engagements and technology or business-change implementations.
• Demonstrated leadership presence and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, credible leadership across client, agency, technology, and company teams.
• Lead end-to-end Workfront implementation roadmap from discovery to optimization.
• Translate pain points into scalable future-state workflows spanning intake, planning, and delivery.
• Define and govern Workfront templates, tasks, and dashboards to ensure consistent ways of working.
• Coordinate integration points across Workfront, AEM, Adobe Express, Frame.io and other systems.
