Job summary

Dentsu Creative US is seeking a Director of Project Management for a 6-month temporary role in New York, with optional remote work. You will lead the design and implementation of integrated PM workflows using Adobe Workfront, coordinating across client, agency, and technology teams.

You will drive process improvements, governance, and adoption while ensuring quality, budget discipline, and timely delivery. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of project management or delivery experience.
• Leadership presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Workfront and related Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workfront implementation roadmaps from discovery to adoption.
• Define scalable workflows across client, agency, and company teams.
• Govern project templates, governance, and change requests for consistency.
• Manage RAID, testing, launch readiness, and adoption metrics across programs.
