Job summary

MERGE is seeking an Adobe Workfront Administrator to manage and optimize the Workfront platform, aligning with health and wellness marketing initiatives. You will handle user management, reporting, and integrations with AEM Assets, GenStudio, Firefly, and Creative Cloud to accelerate content production and governance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across project, resource, and marketing teams, drive best-practice administrative processes, and lead governance for change, SSO, and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront administration experience.
• Experience managing complex Workfront environments with custom forms and templates.
• Deep expertise with Workfront reporting, filters, groupings and wildcards.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and hierarchies.
• Exceptional communication skills translating requirements into configurations.
• Experience with release management and sandbox testing protocols.
• Knowledge of native Workfront integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator for all Workfront environments (Production, Preview, Custom Sandboxes).
• Manage system-wide preferences including project prefs, forms, roles, teams, groups.
• Oversee global review/approval processes, workflows, milestone paths.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of Workfront configuration from requirements to deployment.
• Manage system branding to align with internal guidelines for consistency.
• Coordinate SSO configuration and audit logs with TechOps for security/compliance.
• Run a recurring audit for custom forms/fields to prevent clutter.
• Establish change management processes with peer review to avoid impacts on reports.
