Temporary position for 6 months W2 only. Candidates must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.

Key Accountabilities
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Provide visible, credible leadership across client, agency, technology, implementation‑partner, and company teams. Facilitate decisions, align priorities and dependencies, manage escalation, and maintain accountability across complex cross‑functional work.
  • Integrated Delivery: Lead complex client engagements and the end‑to‑end Workfront implementation roadmap from discovery and requirements through planning, launch, adoption, and optimization, with accountability for milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, scope, risks, and delivery quality.
  • Workflow Design & Process Improvement: Lead process discovery and translate current‑state pain points and business requirements into scalable future‑state workflows spanning intake, briefing, planning, resourcing, creative development, production, review and approval, asset management, publishing, and delivery.
  • Agency + Company Integration: Connect client and agency workflows with company operating models, controls, data, and reporting requirements. Clarify roles, ownership, and handoffs while simplifying process and reducing duplication or manual workarounds.
  • Workfront Design & Governance: Define and govern Workfront project templates, task structures, roles, approval gates, service‑level expectations, permissions, reporting, dashboards, resource visibility, and change requests to create consistent ways of working.
  • Adobe Ecosystem & Systems Integration: Coordinate requirements and integration points across Workfront, AEM Assets/DAM, Adobe Express, Adobe Fusion, Frame.io, SharePoint, and relevant content, activation, and business systems to enable connected workflows, reliable handoffs, and appropriate automation.
  • Change, Testing & Launch: Own implementation planning, RAID management, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, launch readiness, training, onboarding, communications, and transition into day‑to‑day operations to drive confident adoption across client and agency teams.
  • Optimization, Automation & AI: Monitor adoption and workflow effectiveness after launch, maintain a prioritized optimization roadmap, and identify opportunities for automation and AI‑enabled workflows across the content supply chain.
  • People, Financial & Discipline Leadership: Manage and develop project management talent; maintain financial and resource discipline across the portfolio; reinforce PM and operational best practices; and represent the discipline in senior leadership and new business discussions.
Person Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 8–10 years of project management, delivery, or operational transformation experience, including 1–3 years in a leadership role within an integrated agency, marketing, professional services, or similarly fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven experience leading complex integrated engagements and technology or business‑change implementations from discovery and requirements through launch, adoption, and optimization.
  • Demonstrated leadership presence and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence senior and C‑level stakeholders, lead through ambiguity, and drive decisions across client, agency, technology, and implementation teams.
  • Advanced experience leading process discovery, gathering business requirements, and translating them into future‑state workflows, platform requirements, governance, roles, and measurable solutions.
  • Mandatory hands‑on proficiency with Adobe Workfront, including project and template design, task structures, schedules, dependencies, proofing and approvals, permissions, reporting, dashboards, resource visibility, and workflow governance.
