Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of experience as a Player Development Executive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by soliciting preferred players per management guidelines.
• Manage player accounts based on activity, earned points, and profitability.
• Issue compliments and reserve offers per marketing guidelines.
• Cultivate leads and build loyalty to promote return visits.
• Attend on-site and off-site events to support marketing efforts.
