Job summary

Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT, is seeking a Director of Player Development to drive revenue by soliciting preferred players and building strong relationships. You will attract new business from external properties and direct competition, reserve offers, and cultivate loyalty for return visits to Mohegan Sun.

The role leads a team, oversees marketing-aligned incentives and guest experiences, and ensures compliance with department policies while meeting revenue targets and maintaining guest

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of experience as a Player Development Executive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Actively seeks new and inactive players for a qualified gaming segment and cultivates leads through in-house channels.
• Manages player accounts based on recorded gaming activity, earned points, comp availability and profitability.
• Issues complimentaries and reserves offers that are consistent with departmental policy and marketing guidelines.
