Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. is seeking a Director of Physician Practice Administration on-site in Miami Beach, FL.

The role directs all employed physician practice operations, ensures alignment with the Medical Center's objectives, and collaborates with Revenue Integrity and Revenue Cycle to optimize billing and collections. The candidate will lead staffing, onboarding, and office design for new offices, and develop management talent while driving initiatives across departments

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Master's Degree in related area preferred.
• 10 years of experience in hospital/practice operations.

Aufgaben

• Facilitates quarterly operating review meetings with employed physicians and Sr. VP of Finance to review physician practice financial statements, billing/reimbursement & volume trending activity.
• Maintains the objectives and strategy for the department and ensures they are linked to the Medical Center's objectives and strategies.
• Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all employed physician practice operations for MSMC.
• Oversees physician practice staffing recruitment and onboarding to ensure adequate staffing.
• Ensures practice compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
• Provides analyses/budgets to AVP regarding ongoing and new projects.
• Develops relationships with external entities to identify volume/services/income opportunities.
• Oversees and develops Physician Administration management staff.
