Job summary

Bayfrontstpete in Orlando, FL is seeking a senior operations leader to manage the development and administration of assigned physician practices within OHMG. You will supervise clinical and administrative functions and serve as the primary liaison with system hospitals, driving growth, profitability, and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in health or business administration and 7+ years of progressive management experience in a large multi-practice environment; CMPE/FACMPE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health or business administration is required.
• Minimum of 7 years progressive management experience in a large multi-practice environment.
• CMPE or FACMPE certification preferred for advanced credentials.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates operations of clinical and administrative functions across physician practices.
• Serves as primary administrative liaison with system hospitals and internal departments.
• Oversees budgeting, fiscal management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develops short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure growth and profitability of the practices.
• Promotes strong customer service and teamwork across all practice sites.
• Maintains relationships with medical staff, administration, patients, and the public.
