Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center seeks an engaged Talent Acquisition professional to support physician recruitment across our South Florida campuses. You will coordinate interviews, post jobs, and maintain credentialing and onboarding processes to ensure timely, compliant hires.

In this role you will collaborate with physicians, HR, and leadership. Strong communication skills and healthcare hiring experience are essential for success in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred.
• 1+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documenting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physician Recruitment with full-life cycle recruitment of physicians.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, Zoom, in person) with physicians and the MSMC hiring team.
• Assist with creation and placement of job postings and advertisements.
• Maintain physician contract database and ensure compliance with all contracts.
