Job summary

CVS Health seeks an accomplished, director-level professional to own value realization for high-value rebate contracts across Commercial, Health Exchange, Medicare, and Managed Medicaid. You will analyze performance data, shape negotiation strategy, and manage key manufacturer relationships to protect contractual value.

Lead cross-functional teams, present to senior leadership, and adapt to evolving contract terms while working remotely from the US East/Central regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in managed care including PBM, Pharma, market access or payor experience.
• Experience negotiating or resolving rebate or contract disputes is a plus.
• Strong ability to interpret contracts and forecast value.

Responsibilities

• Value realization: track, validate and report rebate value under agreements.
• Partner on negotiation strategies using value performance and dispute trends.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers and cross‑functional teams.
• Deliver executive presentations on performance, forecasts and disputes.
