Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of related experience with successful value-based contracting.
• Experience reviewing medical claims data and developing executive summaries.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization and gain consensus.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with provider partners to develop value-based solutions.
• Develop alternative payment models and negotiate high-value contracts.
• Lead complete value-based contracting cycle from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with Performance, Clinical Transformation, and Analytics teams on strategic plans.
• Attend provider meetings and coordinate with internal departments.
