Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Director of Personal Care Services in Tyler, TX to provide strategic leadership for the branch and its field staff. This role emphasizes operational excellence, growth initiatives, and adherence to revenue and service goals.

The position requires supervisory experience, a focus on business development, and a background in home care or staffing. A valid driver’s license is required for travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required.
• One or more years of Business Development experience preferred.
• Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership to the branch office and field staff.
• Lead business development initiatives and manage all functions to align with company objectives.
• Own full P&L responsibilities: revenue, expenses, AP/AR, and budgeting to meet targets.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of office staff: recruiting, hiring, scheduling, HR needs, payroll and billing.
• Ensure high-quality service levels for clients and referral sources; act as Client Care Advocate when needed.
