Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• One or more years of Business Development experience preferred.
• Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the branch office and field staff.
• Drive business development initiatives and align all functions to meet company objectives.
• Full P&L responsibilities: revenue generation, expense management, and budgeting.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of office staff including recruiting, hiring, scheduling, payroll and HR needs.
• Ensure service levels for clients and referral sources and act as Client Care Advocate when applicable.
