Job summary

AccentCare in Beaumont, TX seeks an Associate Director of Personal Care Services to lead a busy PCS office. This full-time, office-based role offers a schedule Monday–Friday with on-call rotation and a salary range of $55k–$60k based on experience.

You will manage branch staff, drive operations, and ensure compliance while partnering with regional leadership to maintain consistency. A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred, plus supervisory experience in home care or

Qualifications

Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required.
High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
Home Care or Staffing experience preferred; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Direct management of branch staff, including recruiting, hiring, staff development and discipline.
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and develop plans.
Support the Director in day-to-day office management, payroll/billing, and compliance needs.
Partner with the Director to communicate procedural changes and ensure compliance.
Work with area and regional leadership to maintain branch operational consistency.
