AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Director of Personal Care Services in San Antonio to lead all branch operations and drive quality, service and financial goals.

This full-time, on-site role requires supervising staff, managing budgets, developing business relationships with referral sources, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Offering a salary of $60,000–$65,000 annually plus a bonus opportunity, with standard benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch operations to achieve service, quality, and financial goals.
• Oversee branch performance, including budgeting, revenue growth, expense management, payroll, billing, and financial reporting.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead office and caregiving staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, risk management, and HR activities.
• Maintain high standards of care and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and coordinate branch meetings.
• Support business development efforts and partner with sales teams to grow referrals.
• Develop programs that meet client and referral partner needs.
• Foster a positive team culture and accountability.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm; supporting on-call rotation

What You Need to Know

Director Qualification:

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required
• One or more years of Business Development experience preferred
• Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
