AccentCare Inc. in Tyler, Texas is seeking a Director of Personal Care Services to lead the branch and field staff with strategic and operational oversight.

You will drive business development, ensure service levels and compliance, manage P&L, and foster a purpose-driven workplace that prioritizes patient care and caregiver support.

This full-time, on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with the chance to shape aging-in-place services across the local community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required.
• One or more years of Business Development experience preferred.
• Home Care or Staffing experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership to the branch office and field staff.
• Drive business development initiatives and manage functions to align with company objectives.
• Manage full P&L: revenue generation, expense control, and AP/AR to meet budget.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of all office staff, including recruiting, scheduling, payroll and HR needs.
• Maintain high service levels with clients and referral sources; act as Client Care Advocate when needed.

Responsibilities:

As a PCS Director, you will:

• Responsible for providing overall strategic and operational leadership to the branch office and field staff.
• Responsible for business development initiatives and managing all functions necessary to ensure operational, service, and business goals are aligned with company and division business objectives.
• Full P&L responsibilities: revenue generation, expense management impacting bottom line contribution, tracking and follow up of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to meet budget expectations
• Responsible for oversight and day-to-day activities of all office staff, to include recruiting, hiring, assessment activity, staffing/scheduling, risk management requirements, payroll and billing requirements, and all compliance and human resource needs
• Responsible for the overall service levels we provide to our clients and referral sources and will act as Client Care Advocate when applicable.
