TPC is hiring a Director, Performance Improvement in Plano, Texas. The role focuses on turning clinical and operational data into actionable improvements, working with healthcare executives and clinical leaders to identify opportunities and drive initiatives from insight to execution.

Ideal candidates bring RN licensure, 5+ years in acute inpatient hospital settings, and a track record in hospital quality and performance improvement, with strong analytical and strategic thinking and executive

Competenze

RN licensure and at least 5 years of acute inpatient hospital experience.
Meaningful hospital quality and/or performance improvement experience.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Executive presence and the ability to influence physicians and healthcare leaders.
A track record of independently leading complex initiatives and delivering measurable results.
An interest in using analytics, automation, and AI to advance healthcare performance.
