TPC is looking for an experienced healthcare performance improvement leader to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity for a Registered Nurse with strong acute inpatient hospital experience who knows how to turn clinical, operational, and financial data into meaningful action and measurable results.

As Director, Performance Improvement, you will work directly with healthcare system executives, physicians, and clinical leaders to identify performance opportunities, develop strategies, and lead improvement initiatives from insight through execution.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• RN licensure and at least 5 years of acute inpatient hospital experience
• Meaningful hospital quality and/or performance improvement experience
