• Proficient with Excel, Access, VBA, Crystal Reports, T-SQL, SSMS and SSRS.

• Oversee reporting functions to ensure consistency of methodologies and processes.
• Instruct team on recognizing opportunities and weaknesses and implementing solutions.
• Document reporting requirements and client specifications.
• Improve and automate report processing and assess reporting tools.
• Use data to support company-wide strategic initiatives for the executive team.
• Direct team in data retrieval, collection, interpretation, and reporting.
• Lead training and onboarding of new team members.
• Establish and maintain relationships with departmental leaders.
• Act as liaison between the reporting team and other departments.
• Partner with Account Managers/Executives to deliver reporting and recommendations.
