Maximus in the United States is seeking a Director- HR Transformation, Change & Adoption who will lead enterprise-wide efforts to navigate organizational change, workforce transformation, and AI-enabled ways of working across the company.

The role partners with senior executives to translate strategy into scalable actions, builds capability, drives adoption, and designs employee experiences that accelerate business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of progressive change management experience.
• Experience leading large, multi-country transformations (US/India strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled change solutions and using AI tools to accelerate work.
• Background as Learning & Organizational Development practitioner—designing learning journeys or leadership programs.
• Certified change management practitioner (Prosci/CCMP) or equivalent.
• Outstanding executive communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Master's degree in OD, I/O Psychology, HR, or MBA.
• Experience in government services, regulated industries, or large-scale HR transformations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and human-centered design.
• United States based with distributed teams.
