Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in construction project delivery, preferably with owner’s representative firms or general contractor.
• 5+ years in a leadership or technical oversight role.
• Experience developing training programs, SOPs, or technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Act as the firm’s lead technical expert across all aspects of a construction project.
• Develop and implement company‑wide technical operation manual.
• Create workshop seminars – online and in‑office training sessions across North America.
