Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred for credibility.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred to enhance professional knowledge.
• Experience in legal or high-performance environments and handling high accountability.
• Growth mindset and integrity-driven results are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the daily HR functions across the organization.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition and help evolve recruiting with dedicated support.
• Manage relationships with HR vendors and oversee benefits administration.
• Lead performance review processes with timely, constructive evaluations.
• Act as a trusted Employee Relations resource for all levels.
• Embed and reinforce core values across HR activities and culture-building.
• Partner with executive leadership to guide the people strategy for scalability.
• Travel between Boca Raton and Orlando offices to support multi-location operations.
